Before each ACCA exam session, accredited learning partners are expected to notify ACCA of those students they would like to be connected to their organisation. A learning partner may want to connect students to their account for a variety of reasons, such as pay on behalf of functionality, register on behalf of, or to facilitate ACCA’s Result Service.
Please see our article covering how to invite individuals to connect to learn how to create connections with students in order to facilitate the above functionality.
Once connections have been established with ACCA students, the Accreditation team will open the Result Service to allow learning partners the opportunity to notify ACCA of those students you have taught towards each ACCA exam session.
We’ll send a notification to each learning partner’s portal to advise that the Result Service window is open, and students can be uploaded to allow the analysis of candidate numbers and pass rates. Each learning partner will first download the csv file of their existing connections and then add the following to their file:
Confirmation of each student taking an exam: YES or NO
Confirmation of the study mode for each exam, FF, OL, BL, RV;
where FF is face to face, OL is online, BL is blended learning and RV is revision
Confirmation of ACCA exam entered, BT, FA, MA, LW, PM, TX, FR, AA, FM, SBL, SBR, AFM, APM, ATX, AAA
Confirmation of FIA exam entered (if applicable), FBT, FMA, FFA, FA1, MA1, FA2, MA2, FTX, FAU, FFM
Once you’ve added the additional data, your csv file can be uploaded via your portal.
Please note should there be any incorrect data supplied, error messages will indicate any incorrect or mismatching data which will necessitate your review of the csv file and corrections made. Please ensure that all error messages are reviewed and corrections made as the csv file will not be successfully uploaded until then.
You can only upload one csv file; you cannot upload multiple files.
