An administrative review ensures that all stages of the marking and results release processes have been adhered to in reaching your final mark. It is not a remarking service.
 

There's a fee for this service which you can pay for via your MyACCA.

To apply for an administrative review:

- Log in to MyACCA 
 - On the left select My qualification (if using a mobile device select Menu from the top left corner)
 - At the top of the page under Exams
 - Click on Apply for an administrative review
 - Select one or more exams for review
 - You must check that you have read he associated information about the review process before you continue to make payment
 - Once the transaction is complete you’ll receive confirmation on screen and an acknowledgement email.

The Feedback
The information you receive will indicate where a good understanding of a topic area has been demonstrated. This should assist with revision if you have failed an exam.

If you've taken an Applied Skills exam, you won't receive feedback as part of the administrative review, but instead we have the My Exam Performance tool on your MyACCA account which will show you areas where you can improve for your next attempt.
