Eligibility criteria
 
If you are a member of the Certified Public Accountants of Bulgaria (ICPAB), you can apply for ACCA membership if you meet the following criteria:
  • Successful completion of the ICPAB Program of Professional Studies and Examinations, and fulfilment of all ICPAB practical experience requirements.
  • Entered onto the Commission for Public Oversight of Statutory Auditors (CPOSA) register of Registered Auditors.
  • Completion of ACCA’s UK-variant examinations in Corporate and Business Law (LW) and Taxation (TX).
  • Satisfied ACCA’s Admissions and Licensing Committee that your character and professional suitability align with our ethical standards.

Supporting documentation
With your application, you must provide the following documentation:
 

 

  • A letter of good standing from ICPAB, dated within the last two months, confirming that you:
    • Are a full ICPAB member in good standing.
    • Have completed the ICPAB Program of Professional Studies and Examinations and met the practical experience requirements.
    • Your date of admission to ICPAB membership.
    • No disciplinary or regulatory actions pending or on record.
    • Are entered in the CPOSA register of Registered Auditors.
  • Two identical passport-sized photographs (maximum size: 60 mm × 50 mm), each with your full name and signature written on the reverse.
