The project report (PR) is one of two components of the Level 7 Apprenticeship end-point assessment (EPA), along with the Strategic Business Leader (SBL) exam.
Both elements must be passed for the apprenticeship to be achieved.
Submission deadlines
The project report submission deadline is the Monday immediately before every exam week. For example, for the PR to be graded within the June exam session, it must be submitted by the last Monday in May.
You can find the submission form for your relevant exam session on the project report page on our website. Please ensure to submit the correct submission form for your relevant exam session as the wrong submission form will result in an automatic fail.

Re-submissions
There’s no additional cost to resubmit the project report. If an apprentice fails the PR, they may resubmit at the next exam session, subject to the agreement of the employer. The apprentice must complete a new submission form for the session they are resubmitting in, they cannot resubmit a form from the failed session.
