The Advanced Diploma in Finance and Business (Russian) (ADFBR) is only available to residents of the following countries:
Armenia
Azerbaijan
Estonia
Finland
Georgia
Kazakhstan
Kyrgyzstan
Latvia
Lithuania
Moldova
Tajikistan
Turkey
Turkmenistan
Ukraine
Uzbekistan
UAE (Dubai only)
To be eligible to transfer to the ADFBR qualification, you must either:
Be an existing ACCA Qualification Student, or
Meet the minimum entry requirements, or
Have passed or been exempted from Foundations in Business and Technology(FBT), Management Accounting (FMA), and Financial Accounting (FFA) through the FIA.
If you have passed or been granted exemptions from Business and Technology (BT/ FBT), Management Accounting (MA/ FMA), and Financial Accounting (FA/ FMA), you will receive a free exemption from Introduction to Finance & Business (IFB) when transferring to the Advanced Diploma in Finance and Business (Russian).
Please note that there is no fee to transfer.
If you are a student or holder of Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR), please submit an initial registration application to to join the Advanced Diploma in Finance and Business (Russian).

Если вы сдали или получили освобождения от BT, MA и FA по квалификации ACCA, или от FBT, FMA и FFA по квалификации FIA, вы получите бесплатное освобождение от IFB при переходе на ADFBR.
