Eligibility Criteria
If you are a member of the Malaysian Institute of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA), you can apply for ACCA membership if you meet the following criteria:
- Admitted as a Certified Public Accountant member of MICPA.
- Successfully completed all MICPA examinations.
- Fulfilled MICPA’s practical experience requirements, with at least five years of relevant professional experience since admission.
- No disciplinary sanctions recorded by MICPA in the seven years preceding your application.
Supporting Documentation Required for Your Application
With your application, you must provide the following documentation:
- A copy of your MICPA membership certificate.
- A letter of good standing from MICPA, dated within the last two months, confirming that you:
- Are a full member of MICPA at the date of issue.
- Remain in good standing.
- Have had no adverse disciplinary findings in the previous seven years.
