The portfolio and reflective statement (PRS) is a key component of the Level 4 Apprenticeship end-point assessment (EPA), along with the Technical Role Simulation exam.
Both elements must be passed for the apprenticeship to be achieved.
Submission deadlines
The portfolio and reflective statement submission deadline is the Monday immediately before every exam week. For example, for the PRS to be graded within the June exam session, it must be submitted by the last Monday in May.

Resubmissions
There’s no additional cost to resubmit your portfolio and reflective statement. If an apprentice fails the PRS, they may resubmit at the next exam session, subject to the agreement of their employer. Guidance for resubmission can be downloaded below.
