Organisations have standard payment terms of 60 days from the Statement of Account issue date. It’s important to ensure they are paid on time to avoid your account becoming suspended. If your account becomes suspended, admins of the portal will still be able to log in, but the organisation's details won't be visible.
Please allow up to 10 working days for payments to be received. If you’ve made a payment that’s not reflected in your account, please see Payment not showing on account.
