Should your institution offer online examinations for any modules, a copy of the examination should be made available as part of the application for exemption accreditation. If you rotate questions as part of a question bank, then specimen papers should still be made available.
Finally, details of online invigilation procedures will be requested as part of the exemption accreditation application process.
As part of the online application and 5-year renewal journey, you will be asked to answer the following questions:
- What steps does the institution take before examinations to ensure the security of exam materials? How is academic integrity communicated and promoted among students and staff?
- How does the institution monitor examinations to prevent and address potential breaches of academic integrity?
- How does the institution ensure the integrity of results and manage suspected cases of misconduct after examinations?
Please answer each question giving as much information as possible. n the event that more information is needed, your application or renewal may be placed on hold.
