There could be several reasons for login issues. Please review the following possibilities:

 

  • Incorrect/forgotten login details: Ensure you’re entering the correct username and password. Please check the MyACCA portal to confirm your credentials.
  • Inactive account: If you're using login details that belong to a former or inactive staff member, please use your own credentials to access the system.
  • Suspended account: aged debt - Your centre’s account may be suspended if there are outstanding invoices. Please check your MyACCA account for any outstanding payments. Once payment is received, the account will be reinstated. If the account for your centre has been suspended for another reason we will have contacted you regarding this via the MyACCA portal.
