If a student believes they have been awarded incorrect exemptions, please check the following:
- Use the Exemptions Calculator to confirm which exemptions should be available.
- Ensure official certificates and transcripts have been submitted, along with official translations for any documents not issued in English.
- Check that all relevant exemptions have been accepted through the student’s MyACCA account. You can check this by downloading the Awarded exemptions report from the Reports section of your portal.
If a student still has an issue with their exemptions, they can contact us through their MyACCA account.
If multiple students are affected, please use the Contact Us option below and include the names and email addresses/ACCA IDs of all affected students.
If an exemption fee is missing or incorrect on your Statement of Account, please please see Issue with Statement of Account.
