If you are approved as a Gold or Platinum Approved Learning Partner and/or Registered Learning Partner, you will be required to renew your approval on an annual basis. Annual renewal does not apply to Silver Learning Partner status. We will email the primary contact we have on record at the time of renewal ahead of your approval's expiry in March. The primary contact on record for your organisation will be able to log into their MyACCA portal and see a Renewal Action Notification. From here the primary contact will be able to indicate if they want to renew and will be guided through the remainder of the process which includes downloading a renewal pdf, online and offline payment options, agreement to terms and conditions and finally the upload of the completed PDF with associated evidence as outlined on the pdf.

 

  • Evidence to be submitted as part of your renewal includes but is not limited to:
  • Completed Annual Renewal pdf
  • Completed Collaborative agreements with other learning providers pdf
  • Evidence of Financial viability 

 

Once the primary contact has submitted the online Renewal Action Notification, a member of the Accreditation team will review the renewal and confirm if all necessary information and documentation has been received. We may need to place your renewal on hold until we receive supporting evidence and/or additional information. Once all required documentation has been received, the Accreditation team will complete their assessment within 6 weeks. Should there be the need to request additional evidence and/or documentation, this timeline may be extended. 

Please note that a site visit is usually not required to complete your annual renewal. However, we reserve the right to request a site visit at any time. Should your learning partner be required to facilitate a visit, a member of the Accreditation team and/or your local market team will be in touch with you to arrange a suitable date and time and confirm the scope of the site visit.
