Ready for membership?

You can apply to become an ACCA member as soon as you’ve completed:

  • The 13 ACCA Qualification exams

  • The Ethics and Professional Skills Module (EPSM)

  • The Practical Experience Requirement (PER) by:

    • achieving 36 months in a relevant accountancy or finance role

    • completing the required 9 performance objectives or claiming the Approved Employer performance objective

    • having all your experience signed off by your practical experience supervisor.

How to apply
Once you have met these requirements, please complete your Membership Application.

You'll need to pay a one time membership admission fee when you submit your application. This fee applies to all new members and is charged separately from the annual subscription. If, when we review your application, we find you’re not fully ready for membership, we’ll explain why and refund your payment.

If we need further information to assess your eligibility for membership, we’ll get in touch with you via your portal.

After approval
Once your application is approved, you’ll be a fully qualified Chartered Certified Accountant and ACCA member. Your digital certificate will be available under the Documents>Personal tab of your portal, and a physical copy will be sent to your mailing address. This address can be updated within the application if needed.
