All CBE centres need to renew their ODBCE licence every year. When it comes to your renewal deadline, an email notification will be sent to the examinations co-ordinator we have on record at the time of renewal. The examinations co-ordinator will be able to log into their MyACCA portal and see a Renewal Action Notification. From here they will be able to indicate if they want to renew and will be guided through the remainder of the process which includes downloading a renewal pdf, agreement to terms and conditions and finally the upload of the completed pdf.
Once the examinations co-ordinator has submitted the online Renewal Action Notification, a member of the CBE team will review the information provided and confirm if all necessary information has been received. It may be necessary to place your renewal on hold until we receive supporting evidence and / or additional information.
Should we require additional information or actions in support of your renewal application then we will keep the examinations co-ordinator informed of this via the MyACCA portal. Please check this for details of any additional information we have requested.
