What the original payment was for
Your account must show the credit in MyACCA before we can process your request. We cannot refund payments for services or products you have already used.
Alipay
Refunds can only be processed if the payment was made within the last 365 days.
PayPal
Refunds can only be processed if the payment was made within the last 60 days.
We will check the payment source and account details you used when making the payment before processing your refund.
Important
Credits applied to your MyACCA account are held for future payments with us.
Credits given as goodwill cannot be refunded, they are intended for future use.
