The following CBE centre details can be updated using the Contact Us option below. Refer to the relevant section(s) below for guidance on the information required to process your update.
Change of CBE centre name
To change your centre name, please provide us with your existing centre name and your proposed centre name.
If your centre is in China, please also provide us with the new centre name in Chinese.
Change of CBE site address
To change your CBE site address, the examinations co-ordinator should provide the new full centre address, the following photographs and confirm the number of workstations:
• Exterior of the building
• 4-5 of CBE Exam room from different angles
• 1 of the SNA+ Server
• 1 admin room
• 1 reception area
• 1 printer
If your centre is in China, please also provide us with the new centre address in Chinese.
Administration may be carried out at your head office or admin site as long as it is located a reasonable distance from your CBE site.
The admin site should be provided if it is in a different location from your CBE site.
Change of number of workstations
If your workstations are increasing, please provide 3-4 photographs of the exam room from different angles. Please confirm the new number of proposed workstations.
Change of CBE personnel
- Personnel being deleted – please provide the names of the nominated personnel to be removed.
- New examinations co-ordinator / new administrator
- Please provide the names, date of birth, roles and email addresses for new examinations co-ordinator or administrator.
- We require their email address which must be private. Please confirm that the email address is not shared and is only used by him/her.
- Please confirm that the new examinations co-ordinator / administrator is neither an ACCA Affiliate nor individual studying the ACCA Qualification or the Foundations in Accountancy qualifications.
- New Invigilator
- Please provide the full name and date of birth of the new invigilator.
- We require their email address which must be private. Please confirm that the email address is not shared and is only used by him/her.
- Please also confirm their occupation, and relation to centre.
- If the prospective Invigilator is involved with tutoring Accountancy subjects, they are not eligible to invigilate on-demand CBE exams. Please nominate an alternative Invigilator.
- The number of Invigilators is of the ratio 1 – 20.
- Please confirm what experience the invigilator has, for example what is their role/daily duties. Do they have experience of dealing with students and what is their length of employment.
