If you experience technical issues when trying to book your session-based exam, we may be able to offer support.
We'll ask you to provide information about the issues you experience, along with screenshots, and to provide details of the exam you're trying to book.
The information we need is:
- Exam
- Variant (if applicable)
- If it's a centre or remote exam
- Preferred location (we need 3 options for a centre exam)
- Preferred timeslot, either AM or PM
Paying exam
If you're paying for exams by bank transfer, you should allow up to 10 days for the payment to be made and allocated to your account before booking your exam.
We can't book an exam on your behalf if the payment has not been allocated to your account.
If we can make your booking, you'll be asked to make payment via your MyACCA account; or by calling our contact centre.
You need to make the payment within 72 hours, or your exam will be cancelled.
Entry deadline
Please note that requests made after the standard entry deadline will not be accepted, and after this date exams are non-refundable and non-transferable.
