Apply for exemptions anytime

You can apply for exemptions whenever it suits you. There’s no set deadline, so feel free to get started when you're ready!

Check your eligibility
Before applying, you can use our exemption calculator to check if your qualifications make you eligible for exemptions. It’s a quick and easy way to find out what you might be entitled to.

Not yet registered

If you are not yet registered with ACCA, you can apply for exemptions when you join. Your eligibility for exemptions will be assessed as part of your registration application. Register here to start your journey with ACCA.

Already registered
If you are already registered as a student and want to apply for exemptions, simply create an exemption case using the contact us button below.

Documents you’ll need
To apply for exemptions, you'll need to send copies of the following:

  • Completion certificate(s)

  • Full course transcript detailing subject names, module codes and marks achieved

  • An official English translation (if required, see below for more detail)

  • Official evidence of name change (e.g. marriage certificate or deed poll) if your current name differs from the name on your education documents

  • Select which exemptions you would like to keep

  • Make the required payment
