Exemptions can be applied for by the student at registration or any time afterwards. Please see Applying for exemptions for full details.
Accepting exemptions
Once their application has been assessed, they will be notified by email and asked to log in to view and accept their awarded exemptions. Exemptions are not awarded until the student has accepted them.
Students are not required to accept all exemptions offered, they can choose to accept some, all, or none. If your organisation's policy requires students to sit the exam, rather than receive an exemption, please ensure the students do not accept the exemption.
Eligible exemptions remain on a student’s record and can be accepted later in their ACCA journey. Only accepted exemptions will be invoiced.
If your organisation pays exemption fees on behalf of students, the fees are raised directly to the organisation once exemptions are accepted.
