• Login credentials: Make sure you’re entering the correct username and password. Please note that SNA access is restricted to the exams coordinator or administrator, invigilators do not have access.
• Installation on multiple machines: SNA should only be installed on one computer. If you need to switch devices, please uninstall SNA completely from the current machine before installing it on another.
